The LD39200PUR with LDO Voltage Regulators is a high performance, 2A low-dropout linear voltage regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It features reverse current protection, ultra-low dropout of 225mV at full load, and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 80dB at 1kHz. The LD39200PUR is ideal for applications that require high load current and low output voltage ripple. It has a wide input voltage range of 2.7-15V, adjustable output voltage range of 1.2-13.2V, and operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It also features short-circuit protection and is offered in a small and low-profile SOT-223 package.
