The L93PI with Gate Drivers Quad Low Side Driver Low 2uA manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a power integrated circuit designed to drive high peak currents into a low side load. It features four low-side outputs with 2A peak and 12A continuous current drive capability. Its low 2uA quiescent current makes it ideal for applications requiring a low standby current. An adjustable slew rate limiter prevents fast load voltage transients, while integrated dE/dT protection helps protect against short-circuit conditions. This device also includes an independent LDO for the supply gate voltage, allowing for an optimized power consumption. The L93PI can be used in automotive, industrial, and lighting applications.
