Additional Infomation About Product

The L6375S is a high performance switched mode DC/DC converter suitable for medium frequency high current applications up to 1.5A. It features a robust and high efficiency power stage with internal loop compensation, shielded transformer and integrated soft start. The product is also suitable for battery applications and comes with a wide range of output voltages and current ratings and can operate at temperatures up to 125°C. It is available in a SOP-8L and MSOP-8L packages and has a wide input voltage range (2.7V - 18V). The L6375S is compliant to EMI and safety regulations and is an ideal solution for automotive, communication and industrial applications.
