The L4977A from STMicroelectronics is a DC/DC converter driver IC with 7A current capacity. It provides a Uoper range of 15V to 50V, and has a wide Vin of 5.1V to 40V. The device offers a 50ns propagation delay and features a wide temperature range spanning from -40°C to +125°C. The chip is compatible with a wide variety of internal power FETs, allowing you to select the optimal devices for your application. It also supports adjustable switching frequency, current limiting, overvoltage protection, and more. The L4977A is a single-channel driver with low quiescent current and fast propagation delay that is suitable for various automotive and industrial applications.
