Additional Infomation About Product

The STMicroelectronics FERD40H100STS is a IGBT Power Module with High Speed Switching 1200V, 40A, 100mOhms. This module features a half-bridge configuration with two FERD40H100 IGBTs, one FOD420 diode, and one NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and protection against over-current and temperature. It has a maximum current rating of 40A and a maximum voltage of 1200V. The module also features anti-parallel current-limiting diodes, self-clearing power dissipation, and a direct mounting onto a heatsink for installation into typical three-phase systems. The FERD40H100STS is designed for use in industrial applications including motor control and power management.
