Block diagram Applications Motor winding The TEA3718 is a bipolar monolithic integrated circuit intended to control and drive the current in OUT A OUT B one winding of a bipolar stepper motor. COMPARATOR Description INPUT ALARM PHASE The circuits consist of an LS-TTL compatible logic (TEA3718SP) PULSE TIME PRE-ALARM input, a current sensor, a monostable and an TEA3718 (TEA3718SFP) output stage with built-in protection diodes. Two IN0 IN1 TEA3718 ICs and a few external components SENSE RESISTOR form a complete control and drive unit for LS-TTL REFERENCE or microprocessor-controlled stepper motor systems. Table 1.
