The STC89C51RC-40I with STC LQFP-44_10x10x08P RoHS is an 8-bit microcontroller integrated circuit manufactured by STC. This device features a high performance 8-bit Intel 8051 core with 80C51 instruction set and up to 128K of Flash Program Memory. It has 256 bytes of RAM, 8KB of on-chip ROM and six general-purpose I/O ports for universal connections. The device also features two 16-bit Timers to control the execution of the program, a PCA/PWM and a UART for data communication, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a watchdog timer to monitor system stability. Furthermore, this device is RoHS compliant and housed in a 44-pin LQFP package.
