The STC15W102 with SOP-8 Micontrollers Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) ROHS is a 8-bit RISC single-chip microcontroller. It has up to 10K bytes of on-chip OTP ROM and 32K bytes of on-chip SRAM. It has various peripheral interfaces including 8-bit/16-bit timers, serial ports, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) channels, 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) channels, Brown-Out Reset (BOR) circuit, and a Programmable Clock Output (PCO) oscillator for power saving.
