Additional Infomation About Product

MF72-1D20M is a chip resistor that is manufactured by SR Passives. It is a 0805 (2012 metric) size chip resistor and has a resistance of 1.2 Mega ohms ± 5% tolerance. It is a surface mount device with a power rating of 125mW at 70°C and has a max voltage rating of 100V. The resistor is non-inductive and has a temperature coefficient of ±100ppm/°C. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
