TechnologyThe SSD2828TQL9 is a QFNT packaged driver IC manufactured by Solomon Technology. This IC is RoHS compliant and comes in an LQFP-128 package (Leadless Quad Flat Package). This IC is a triple output gate driver IC, intended for automotive applications such as parking brake control and safety sensors. It features high-level fault detection for high-side drivers, over-voltage protection, as well as EMC and reverse battery protection. This IC is suitable for use with N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs and is available in a wide range of package sizes.
