The 3520DESA/T is a full/half bridge driver SOIC-8 RoHS manufactured by Smic. It is designed for driving into a three-phase motor. It is able to provide a large peak-to-peak current and can output a 3A rated current. The device features a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and features protection against short circuit and overload conditions. It is suitable for high voltage and high current motor drive applications such as automotive, industrial automation, aeronautical and marine applications.
