The TIP122 with Darlington Transistors TO-220 RoHS manufactured by SLKORMICRO is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor used as an amplifier or switch in high power audio, motor and power control applications. It features a PNP silicon Darlington pair with high current up to 5A and a low saturation voltage. The package is a TO-220 RoHS compliant, heat sink capable allowing for larger power dissipation. This model has a high DC current gain which makes it excellent for switching or amplifier applications. It is suitable for load currents of up to 5A with a high current saturation voltage. It also features a high rated power dissipation of 42W at 25°C, allowing for higher power dissipation as the package gets warmer. This device is also RoHS compliant and offers excellent high frequency response for many audio applications.
