Additional Infomation About Product

The SKY87000-13-001 is a high-performance multi-mode, wideband, and low form factor switching voltage regulator RF PA BUCK manufactured by Skyworks. It has an integrated Low-Dropout (LDO) supply to reduce the output sample noise, which is used in cellular systems and applications like Infrared Sensors. This part offers up to 80% efficiency and provides high power density of 2.7A / mm2. It features an ultra-high frequency buck converter (up to 2.2GHz) with a wide input voltage range of 0.825V to 4.5V. It also features up to 2A switch current with low ripple and output current limit settings. It has a high-performance thermal control and comprehensive protection circuitry.
