SKY66110-11 Functional Block Diagram Output: +10 dBm Supply operation: 1.8 to 5 V Description The SKY66110-11 is a highly integrated front-end module (FEM) Low sleep current: < 1 A designed for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) range extension RX bypass applications operating in the 2.4 to 2.485 GHz range. Small MCM (20-pin, 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm) package The device is provided in a 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm 20-pin MCM (MSL3, 260 C per JEDEC-J-STD-020) package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. Pin assignments are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in Table 1. ESD HANDLING: Although this device is designed to be as robust as possible, electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage this device. This device must be protected at all times from ESD when handling or transporting. Static charges may easily produce potentials of several kilovolts on the human body or equipment, which can discharge without detection.
