The device is fabricated from Skyworks InGaP HBT Input and output impedance: 50 nominal process and packaged in a miniature Small Outline Transistor Single, positive DC supply voltage (SOT-89) package. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are described in Table 1. The absolute maximum ratings of the SKY65016-70LF are provided in Table 2. An internally generated DC voltage is present at this pin, so an external DC block should be used to connect this pin to the external circuit. 2 GND Ground 3 OUTPUT RF output. DC supply voltage input and RF output with 50 nominal output impedance. The nominal voltage required at this pin is listed in Table 3.
