The ULN2803 with SOP-18-300mil Darlington Transistor Arrays ROHS is a Darlington Transistor Array manufactured by Siproin. This device offers high-voltage and high-current Darlington transistor arrays in a single package. The ULN2803 provides 8NPN Darlington pairs, which can be used in combination with each other to increase current-handling capacity. The device can be used for driving lamps, relays, and other high-current or high-voltage loads. It operates with a wide range of supply voltages, from 4.5 V to 50 V. When used as an input to the device, the ULN2803 can accept voltages up to 32 V. It has a typical low saturation voltage of 0.3 V and can provide a peak output current of 500 mA per channel. The ULN2803 with SOP-18-300mil Darlington Transistor Arrays ROHS also meets the RoHS compliance standards.
