Additional Infomation About Product

The SSP61CN2202MR is a microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor with SOT23-3 package, RoHS compliant, manufactured by Siproin. It is designed for fast, accurate reset and power-on reset timing circuits. It has an internal system reset timer for monitoring the time between system reset and power-on reset events. It has a low-power reset drain that is less than 1µA, a low input threshold voltage of 1.5V, and an open-drain output for compatibility with logic families. It features an adjustable reset threshold voltage that is adjustable from 2.6V to 3.6V and reset timeouts that can be adjustable from 1.6ms to 28s. It is ideal for use in all kinds of system power-on reset and reset applications.
