The SII164CTG64 is a 64-bit bidirectional dual-ported LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) transceiver from Silicon Image. It provides a low power, high-speed serial bus designed for implementing point-to-point, multi-drop, and daisy chained network protocols. The device meets the performance requirements of TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard, as well as 1.2 to 3.3V CMOS power supply. The SII164CTG64 contains two transceiver channels, 8 data lines on each channel, separate positive and negative clock lines, and 10 control, or zero lines. Each channel has a transmit differential data line pair and a receive differential data line pair. Data rate up to 576 Mbits/sec is supported. The SII164CTG64 features a selectable open drain or push-pull type output. It is RoHS compliant and has 8-lead SOIC or TSSOP packages.
