Additional Infomation About Product

The Silergy SY8366HQQC is a 3.3V adjustable DC-DC Step-Down Converter with an input voltage range of 1.4V to 28V and offers a maximum 12A output current from the QFN-12 package, with guaranteed ratings up to 40V and 30A in a variety of package types. The device features an internal compensated high-efficiency synchronous rectifier, adjustable frequency up to 3MHz, and high-side and low-side low on-resistance power MOSFETs. It also offers programmable switching frequency, programmable current limit, selectable Soft-Start and accuracy indicators for easy operation. The device also features short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection with auto-restart, as well as external loop compensation capability. It is RoHS compliant and was designed to offer a high efficiency solution for a wide range of applications.
