Additional Infomation About Product

The SY8047QDC with TQFN-16-EP(3x3) DC-DC Converter manufactured by Silergy is a small, low profile, surface-mount voltage regulator package. It is a step-down (buck) converter with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 18V. It has an internal MOSFET switch providing up to 3A of continuous output current and an efficiency of up to 95%. The device is RoHS compliant and includes protection features such as short-circuit protection, over current protection, over temperature protection, and reverse voltage protection. It has a quiescent current of 10 µA, enabling very low sinking of battery current in standby mode. Its tight load and line regulation, combined with fast transient response, enables fast and accurate voltage position. It is an ideal choice for applications requiring high efficiency and tight regulation without the need for additional external components.
