The SFL980SG is an LED Driver SOP8 RoHS manufactured by Sifirst. It is a voltage regulator with an on-chip reference, PWM dimming, and short-circuit protection for low voltage LED lighting applications. It features a 1.8V to 28V input voltage range, a 16-bit Constant Current External Reference (CCER) input, and a 4.5V built-in reference voltage. The driver also features an over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, and frequency modulation with an adjustable switching frequency range of 400KHz to 1MHz. Additionally, it has a low 1µA operating current, no need for an external capacitor, and is RoHS compliant.
