The PC814X1CSZ9F is an optocoupler, manufactured by Sharp, with a transistor output. It consists of an infrared light emitting diode and two normal phototransistors coupled together in a high-reliability compact plastic flange package. The device provides a voice and data isolation of digital signals up to 1 Mbps by means of an internal optical isolation barrier. It features a wide range of current transfer ratios and zero voltage threshold, and its high breakdown voltage of 2500VAC ensures reliable performance in industrial automation and other applications. The device also features high voltage insulation, high noise rejection, and high shielding for the noise immunity.
