erniceThe Sfernice SFR304D is a surface-mount SAW resonator with RoHS compliance. It is constructed of ceramic, plastic, molded metal, and a steel flange cap and resonator element. It has an excellent temperature stability, and is available in a variety of frequencies. The resonator has a frequency tuning range of ±50 ppm, and a frequency control of 20ppm/V with a voltage supply from 1.5 V to 3.6 V. It is also capable of withstanding up to 150°C lead-free reflow. The SFR304D is an ideal solution for applications such as remote keyless entry, energy metering, and automotive electronics that require high temperature and/or tunability performance.
