The 6A10 with Diodes is a general purpose, RoHS compliant diode manufactured by Semtech. It has a maximum blocking voltage of up to 1kV and a forward voltage drop of 950mV when a maximum of 6A is applied. It is a surface mount device, with an R-6 rating, which indicates that it can handle a minimum of 6A current when operating at an ambient temperature of 25°C or less. Additionally, the 6A10 has a reverse recover time of 125ns making it suitable for many high frequency applications.
