The SKM200GAL17E4 is a 200A IGBT transistor module from Semikron. It is a part of the SKiiP family of modules and is designed to operate at 400V and provide high power density, low conduction and switching loss, and high switching frequencies. The module has a single-in-line package and all its top connections are isolated to prevent any shorts. It features MOSFET-IGBT technology, a fast freewheeling diode and isolated base for easy integration into your designs. This module is suitable for use in motor drives, converters, welding systems, and soft-starter applications.
