Additional Infomation About Product

SKKE 15/08 is a power module from the SKKE Series manufactured by Semikron. It is a single-phase half-bridge module which can be used for either AC or DC applications. The module comes in a 55 x 100 mm surface-mount package and can handle currents up to 15 A with a voltage range of up to 800 V. The module can be connected in either paralleling or three-phase configurations, and features a built-in thermistor for current and temperature monitoring. It also has positive temperature coefficient (PTC) circuitry and built-in EMC protection. In addition, it comes with a built-in logic level protection circuit for higher level of insulation protection.
