The Semikron SKIIP 12NAB126V20 M20 is an electronic part consisting of a three-phase IGBT bridge, a three-phase diode bridge and an integrated thyristor surge suppressor. It is an inverter power module with a maximum reverse voltage of 1.2kV. The inverter module features three-phase control and has a high-speed IGBT gate driver on board, along with DC bus voltage sensing, direct high voltage interlock, current sense and temperature sense. The design also allows for a wide range of firing angles, with adjustable zero current offset and fast commutation capability. The part is designed for use in three-phase motor drives and UPS systems.
