The Semikron SK 50 GD 12T4 T is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) three-phase bridge module designed for high-voltage and high-current applications. It offers a wide range of switching frequencies, from 7 kHz to 13 kHz, and features fast switching times for improved efficiency. It has a UL approved TMD 40A I2T current rating of maximum refrigeration and power control.
