The RY8126 DC-DC converters from RYCHIP is a Surface Mount SOT563 package with RoHS compliance for providing a cost effective Power solution. This device provides 8A of continuous load current and 12A peak load current. The RY8126 offers a wide range of input voltage from 6V to 40V and a wide range of output voltage from 1.2V to 36V. It has internal oscillator frequency of 300kHz which provides high efficiency & low output ripple & noise characteristics. It also supports up to 3kV of Dielectric isolation which makes it suitable for medical and automotive applications. The RY8126 has integrated protections such as Over-Current, Over-Voltage, and Thermal Shut Downs. It also has integrated Soft-Start circuit for current limitation during startup. The device also has adjustable Remote On/Off control for system power management. It has conduction losses of 75mW and switching losses of 32mW @ 12V output.The RY8126 is manufactured with SOT563 RoHS compliant package and It also meets the standards of UL/CUL 60950-1, cURus, CE (LVD), EAC & CCC safety.
