The RS3236-ADJCYF5 Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SOT23-5 RoHS is a low-noise, ultra-low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed and manufactured by RUNIC. It features a wide input voltage range from 2.2 V to 35 V and a maximum output current of 200 mA. It also has an internal over-temperature protection circuit that will shut down the LDOs when control currents exceed their absolute maximum ratings. Its low quiescent current (0.22 mA) and very small package size (5 pins SOT23-5) make it ideal for ultra low-power applications. The RS3236-ADJCYF5 is RoHS compliant and is available in an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
