BU9408KS2 is a single-channel high-side switch from ROHM. It has a maximum current rating of 30A and a maximum voltage rating of 100V. The device features a compact SOP4 package and a low on-resistance of only 13m?. It supports a wide range of operating conditions and provides high speed switching performance up to 25V. The device also features an over-current protection (OCP) function, enabling it to detect over-current and turn off in the event of a fault. BU9408KS2 is ideal for applications such as automotive lighting and other high-power applications.
