The BM63767S-VA is a 600V IGBT Inverter Module (IPM) High Speed Driver Integrated Power Module (HSDIP25) manufactured by ROHM. It is a highly integrated module that combines a high-speed IGBT driver, a controller IC, and all the necessary components for motor or motion control, as well as ignition control applications. The module features an IGBT driver capable of providing up to 900V peak output voltage with a 25-step input pulse command, providing for fast switching times without the need for external components. The controller IC allows for easy in-system programming for optimal operation and control of any motor or motion control design. Additionally, the module is fully protected against over-temperature and over-voltage conditions to ensure reliable operation.
