The BH6789FVM-GTR Motor Drivers MSOP-8 RoHS manufactured by ROHM is a fully integrated motor driver designed for automotive applications. It is a 8-pin Motor Drivers MSOP-8 RoHS form-factor package that contains two separate high-side and low-side outputs capable of driving up to ±2.4A of continuous current. It has built-in 3-way protections, which include built-in over-voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection that ensure reliable operation over a wide temperature range. It has an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C and is RoHS compliant. The BH6789FVM-GTR Motor Drivers MSOP-8 RoHS can be used in applications like motor control, electric power steering, actuator control, and more.
