Power Supply IC Series for TFT-LCD Panels 5V Input Multi-channel System Power Supply IC No.10035EAT16 BD9862MUV Description The BD9862MUV is a 3ch system power supply for mobile TFT liquid crystal panels.Operable at VBAT=1.8V, CH2 & CH3 adopts the original PWM/PFM automatic switching control charge pump and realizes high efficiency in full-load range.
