Offers high efficiency with our original Output Voltage Range pulse skip control technology and synchronous BD9102FVM: 1.24V 2% rectifier. It offers high efficiency by using synchronous BD9104FVM: 3.30V 2% switches and provides fast transient response to Output Current: 0.8A(Max) sudden load changes by implementing current mode Switching Frequency: 1.0MHz(Typ) control. Pch FET ON-Resistance: 350m(Typ) Nch FET ON-Resistance: 250m(Typ) Standby Current: 0A(Typ) Features Operating Temperature Range: -25C to +85C Fast Transient Response Because of Current Mode PWM Control System. Highly Efficient for All Load Ranges Because of Package W(Typ) x D(Typ) x H(Max) TM Synchronous Rectifier (Nch/Pch FET) and SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode) Soft-Start Function.
