The BD6221F-E2 manufactured by ROHM is a motor / motion / ignition controller and driver H-bridge 18V maximum, single-channel 1.0A and 1.5ohm. This H-bridge controller enables users to control DC motors as well as motors used for sporting equipment or precision control in a variety of other applications. This device features various protection functions to reduce the amount of time for development, and the chip also includes built-in circuits to prevent output short circuits and over current conditions. This accurate control of motor speed and torque provides a safer and more reliable operation with minimal power consumption.
