Additional Infomation About Product

The BD5228G-TR is a Supervisor Open Drain or Open Collector 1 Channel 5-SSOP integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by ROHM. This IC is typically used as a reset IC in an electronic system. The device is manufactured using CMOS technology and can operate within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V with a quiescent current of only 0.1 µA. It features a ‘watch-dog timer’, a type of failsafe function which will reset connected devices if they are not correctly responding or operating. The device also features a debounced reset input which prevents false reset operations from occurring due to contact bounce, and can handle up to a 200 mA current load. This IC has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is RoHS compliant.
