SemiconductorThe BD450M2WFP3-CZ1E2 with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT223-4F RoHS is a three-terminal positive voltage regulator IC by ROHM Semiconductor. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C and a low dropout voltage of 350 mV at full-load. This IC's output voltage range is adjustable between 2.5 to 12 V, making it suitable for many applications like digital cameras, smartphones, tablets, and energy storage applications. It has a maximum supply current of 320 mA, and is loaded with features such as low noise output and over voltage protection. The SOT223-4F RoHS package is a compact, thermal and noise efficient solution.
