The MD2732A-25/B is a 32-Kbyte, 256 x 8-bit low-voltage metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) static random access memory (SRAM) from Rochester Electronics. This device operates on 1.8-V or 2.5/3.0-V power supply and provides fast, low-power memory cycles. It has a 25 MHz operating speed, 0.32µS access time, and an unlimited read and write endurance. The device also features low active power, 1 mW typical standby power, and is packaged in a 28 pin, small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC).
