SolutionsSW417 is a DFN-8 (die-form-no-lead) RoHS compliant RF switch manufactured by RFIC Solutions. It has a low insertion loss and is designed to enable fast switching applications in the frequency of 800-2500 MHz. It also has excellent linearity characteristics with low distortion and high isolation. It is designed to be used in wireless communication systems, low-power radio applications, and low-noise amplifier applications.
