FS2012 Series High Performance Flow Sensor Module Datasheet Description Features The FS2012 mass flow sensor module measures the flow across a Gas or liquid mediums sensing surface using the thermo-transfer (calorimetric) principle. Robust solid isolation technology The FS2012 is capable of measuring gas or liquid medium. Resistant to surface contamination The FS2012 offers key advantages over other flow solutions. The No cavity to cause clogging sensor utilizes series of MEMS thermocouples, which provide Resistant to vibration and pressure shock excellent signal-to-noise ratio. The solid thermal isolation along with the silicon-carbide film coating offers excellent abrasive wear Low-power application resistance and long-term reliability. High-temperature flow housing The high temperature material used in the flow channel housing Analog output: 0V to 5V and base allows for a wide operating temperature. Digital output: I2C Wetted materials consist of a glass fiber-reinforced PA66 resin, Supply voltage: 5V epoxy, and silicon carbide.
