Additional Infomation About Product

.The ISL95808HRZ-T is a high-voltage synchronous rectified MOSFET driver manufactured by Renesas. It is capable of driving signal outputs up to 60V and a maximum current of 10A. It features an integrated high-side and low-side NMOS gate driver with dual output channels with complementary outputs. The device is designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs with an integrated power switch and 5.8µs of propagation delay to reduce power loss. It is also equipped with a built-in soft-start circuit and a high-side/low-side gate driver deadtime control circuit to minimize switching losses while operating at high frequencies. The device also features a flexible fault input that allows for overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
