Additional Infomation About Product

The ISL83490IBZ is a low-voltage level-shifter from Renesas. It is designed for Medium-speed data signals and can operate at voltages between 1.2 V and 5.5 V. The device provides level shifting from 0.9 V - 5.5 V to 1.2 V - V DD and supports both single-ended and differential inputs. It features a fast settling time of 90 ns, low static and dynamic power consumption, and an adjustable slew rate. The device is ideal for applications requiring high-speed level shifting between 1.2 V - 5.5 V while ensuring very low EMI and low-power dissipation.
