The ISL81487IBZ-T is a RS-422/RS-485 Interface IC 8LD 5V RS-485 1/8 Fractional Load Transceiver manufactured by Renesas. This device is designed to provide a low-power, highly efficient buffer solution for use in applications that require an interface between RS-422 and RS-485 systems. The device includes a 2-channel differential receiver, one ‘each’ 3-state transceiver, one ‘each’ differential driver, and one ‘each’ low power consumption 1/8 fractional load transceiver. The ISL81487IBZ-T supports data rates of 50 Mbps with a continuous operating temperature range from -40ºC to 85°C. It is offered in an standard 8-pin SOIC package.
