Additional Infomation About Product

The HIN232ACPZ is a high-speed monolithic CMOS line driver/receiver with low power consumption from Renesas. It uses BusInvert technology to enable transmission over long cables. It is active-LOW for Controller-Receiver Pair and uses +5V power supply. It has median data rate of 250 Mbps, typical quiescent power supply current of 75 µA, and common-mode input range from -7V to 12V. The HIN232ACPZ has low EMI emission, a 2.2-kV ESD rating, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
