Additional Infomation About Product

HIN202EIBNZ is a dual-channel, low power, high-speed, 8-pin bus transceiver manufactured by Renesas. It contains two identical, high speed, non-inverting transceivers designed for EIA/TIA-232E and V.28/V.24 communication interfaces. These transceivers can be used for full-duplex transmission of data. HIN202EIBNZ operates from a single +5V power supply and offers overvoltage protection on the receiver inputs. It has integrated protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and has speed up to 250 kbps.
