HAF2007-90STL-E is a Renesas SRAM module manufactured by Renesas Electronics Corporation. The module consists of 2Mx16bit SRAM, assembled in a 144-pin ultra-fine-pitch plastic fine pitch ball grid array (BGAR). The HAF2007-90STL-E is designed for high-speed random access operations and a wide operating temperature range. It offers a maximum operating speed of 90MHz and access times as low as 7ns for fast data access. Other features in the SRAM module includes an auto-self-refresh, an active low write enable, an address and data multiplexed interface, and an active low chip select. The HAF2007-90STL-E is ideal for applications such as high speed transaction processing, image processing, embedded systems, DSP applications and video surveillance.
