DATASHEET HA-5102, HA-5104 FN2925 Rev 9.00 Dual and Quad, 8MHz, Low Noise Operational Amplifiers October 26, 2004 Low noise and high performance are key words describing Pinouts HA-5102 and HA-5104. These general purpose amplifiers HA-5102 (CERDIP) offer an array of dynamic specifications including a 3V/s TOP VIEW slew rate and 8MHz bandwidth. Complementing these outstanding parameters is a very low noise specification of OUT1 1 8 V+ 4.3nV/ Hz at 1kHz. 2 7 -IN1 OUT2 - + 3 6 -IN2 +IN1 Fabricated using the Intersil high frequency DI process, - + 4 5 V- +IN2 these operational amplifiers also offer excellent input specifications such as a 0.5mV offset voltage and 30nA offset current. Complementing these specifications are HA-5104 (CERDIP) 108dB open loop gain and 60dB channel separation.
