EL2045 Data Sheet February 11, 2005 FN7030.1 Low-Power 100MHz Gain-of-2 Stable Features Operational Amplifier  100MHz gain-bandwidth at gain-of-2 The EL2045 is a high speed, low power, low cost monolithic  Gain-of-2 stable operational amplifier built on Elantec's proprietary  Low supply current - 5.2mA at V = 15V complementary bipolar process. The EL2045 is gain-of-2 S stable and features a 275V/s slew rate and 100MHz gain-  Wide supply range - 2V to 18V dual-supply and 2.5V to bandwidth at gain-of-2 while requiring only 5.2mA of supply 36V single-supply current.  High slew rate - 275V/s The power supply operating range of the EL2045 is from  Fast-settling - 80ns to 0.1% for a 10V step 18V down to as little as 2V. For single-supply operation, the EL2045 operates from 36V down to as little as 2.5V. The  Low differential gain - 0.02% at A =+2, R = 150 V L excellent power supply operating range of the EL2045 = +2, R = 150  Low differential phase - 0.07 at A V L makes it an obvious choice for applications on a single +5V  Wide output voltage swing - 13.6V with V = 15V, or +3V supply. S R =1k and 3.8V/0.3V with V =+5V, R =500 L S L The EL2045 also features an extremely wide output voltage  Pb-Free available (RoHS compliant) swing of 13.6V with V = 15V and R = 1k. At 5V, S L output voltage swing is a wide 3.8V with R = 500 and L Applications 3.2V with R = 150. Furthermore, for single-supply L operation at +5V, output voltage swing is an excellent 0.3V to  Video amplifiers 3.8V with R = 500. L  Single-supply amplifiers At a gain of +2, the EL2045 has a -3dB bandwidth of  Active filters/integrators 100MHz with a phase margin of 50. Because of its  High speed sample-and-hold conventional voltage-feedback topology, the EL2045 allows the use of reactive or non-linear elements in its feedback  High speed signal processing network.
