The RKZ-2415S/H is a 2W isolated DC/DC converter from Recom Power, packaged in a SIP7 form factor. It has an input voltage of 24V and an output voltage of 15V, maximum output current of 132mA. It offers high efficiency, wide operating temperature range, tiny package size, and isolation of up to 3750VAC. The device features automatic power shut off under no load, output trim circuitry, and input under voltage lockout. It offers excellent line and load regulation and is designed for small, low-profile applications.
